Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return & Refund tiers:
- Items under CHF 30: No return shipment needed. In case of defect or wrong item, simply send us a photo and we will issue a full refund immediately.
- Items over CHF 30: Returns are accepted. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address.
To initiate a return, please contact us at boutique.kawaii.ch@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable items: Perishables, custom/personalized items, hygiene/beauty products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 16 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at boutique.kawaii.ch@gmail.com.
返品・返金ポリシー
30日の返品ポリシーが適用されます。商品を受け取ってから30日間は返品をリクエストすることができます。
返品の対象となるためには、商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未着用または未使用であり、タグが付いており、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。レシートまたは購入証拠も必要です。
返品・返金の区分：
- CHF 30未満の商品： 返送不要。不良品または誤送の場合は、写真をお送りいただければ即座に全額返金いたします。
- CHF 30以上の商品： 返品を承ります。返送費用はお客様のご負担となります。返品が承認された場合、返送先住所をご案内します。
返品を開始する場合は、boutique.kawaii.ch@gmail.comまでお問い合わせください。事前の承認なしに返送された商品は受け付けません。
破損・誤送品： 商品に欠陥がある、破損している、または誤った商品が届いた場合は、受領後すぐに写真とともにご連絡ください。迅速に対応いたします。
返品不可商品： 生鮮品、カスタマイズ品、衛生・美容用品、セール品、ギフトカードは返品できません。
交換： 交換をご希望の場合は、現在の商品を返品し、返品が承認された後に新たにご注文ください。
返金： 返品が受領・検査された後、結果をお知らせします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で返金処理されます。承認から16営業日以上経過しても返金がない場合は、boutique.kawaii.ch@gmail.comまでお問い合わせください。
